South Dakota if famous for its pheasant hunting. The birds exist in great numbers and provide some of the best wingshooting
in the world. Our operation is located in the west central part of the state were the prairie meets the agricultural areas.
This is an important difference from many others as we have very good numbers of Sharptailed grouse and prairie chickens. With
most operations when you shoot your daily legal limit of rooster pheasant (currently 3) you are done for the day. With us we
provide a full service hunt starting the day calling in coyotes and then pheasant hunting. West river we also have bass fishing
and prairie dog hunting at no extra charge! Hunt includes accommodation, meals, guides, dogs (or bring your own) and bird
Rates and information:
WEST RIVER Full service hunt with lodge, meals, guide, dogs: $275.00 per day
EAST RIVER Full service hunt with lodge, meals guide dogs: $990.00 3 days/4nights
We consider this the best value in pheasant hunting! This hunt takes place in the Pan Handle of Nebraska and is only 1.5
hours from our buffalo operation. Many buffalo hunters will come here and hunt while their meat is being processed. If you
just want pheasants – this is the place! We hunt strictly wild birds on over 5000 private acers. 2000 of these acers have
preserve status which allows us to take roosters above and beyond the normal daily limit. These are not released birds.
Strictly wild birds on carefully managed lands. Instead of stopping at three birds per day like most wild pheasant operations
your daily rate includes 6 strictly wild roosters! Double the pheasant hunt at half the cost. Meals and accommodation are also
included as well as guides and dogs. (or bring your own!)
